Participants will learn the basics of mindfulness meditation, which is different from guided visualization and many other forms of meditation. If you’re already a mindfulness practitioner, you might enjoy the refresher, and the added benefit of being in a group. The course is designed for adults and is open to all. The teaching will place an emphasis on how to cope with chronic stress, chronic pain, and difficult mental and emotional states.
