Mindful in Nature: Guided Walking Meditation

About the walk: In this time of living in a virtual world, we can become disoriented and stressed out. Mindfulness in nature walks at Lula Lake's Core Preserve property will provide an experience to find your center and connect to nature and come to your senses. This guided meditation/walk will be around 1 mile.

About the guide: Holli Richey has been leading mindfulness in nature walks for over two decades. She is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, registered herbalist, naturalist, and ecotherapy social worker. Lula Lake Land Trust is a place where Holli spends a lot of time, and sharing experientially the intricacies of what makes it so special is what motivates her to volunteer as a mindfulness in nature guide.
