    Cultivating an Insight Meditation practice can be challenging. Often our own striving attempts take us further away from experiencing the benefits of meditation. It can be helpful to have individualized guidance for one’s practice. One-on-one mindfulness meditation sessions are in-person or virtual, 50 minutes, for $160.
